Important information about your appointment


Scheduling in advance ensures your preferred appointment time as well as your therapist of choice.  Walk-ins are accepted, but are based on therapist availability.  Please call us at 901-323-1220 to schedule your appointment.

For Friday, Saturday, and Sunday appointments we require a credit card to secure the appointment. The card will not be charged unless there is a no show / no call situation.  In a no show / no call situation, the card will be charged the full amount of the appointment.

Doubles must be secured by a credit card. For groups of three or more, please call for booking and payment details. We attempt to confirm all appointments in advance.


Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow for a relaxed check-in.  First time clients will be asked to provide information on medical history and lifestyle.  This information is used solely to provide you with the best care possible, and remains completely confidential.  A more detailed consultation will be provided during your service.

  • 24 hours’ cancellation notice will be greatly appreciated.
  • If a client is late, he/she may not receive the fully scheduled time.  The client will be charged the full amount of the session.
  • If using a gift card, gift certificate or other promotional offer, no shows/no calls will void the card/certificate/offer.
Non-Refundable Deposits

May be required for parties of three or more or for appointments on special days (Mother’s day, Valentine’s day, etc) or holidays and/or holiday weekends.

9:00am – 6:00pm
12:00pm – 4:00pm

We accept Check, Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Payment is due when services are rendered.
